Discovery Meeting
E ach project starts with a free meeting with the client. This is an initial opportunity to discuss the project in detail. During this meeting we learn about the client’s personality, their taste, individual lifestyle and aspirations. It is crucial for us to understand what is important for clients so that the finished project reflects their individuality. During this meeting we also discuss outline budgets and deadlines to ensure the smooth progress of the project. .
Concept Design
In response to the client’s vision, we present layouts showing the use of space utilization, any structural modifications and furniture layouts. We produce mood boards to demonstrate color schemes, the location of walls and windows, along with options for fabrics and finishes.
Detail Design
Once the client confirms all the ideas, we move to the next step which is Detail Design. We choose all the finishing materials, furniture, and lighting and we create more detailed mood boards to present a more detailed interior. We can arrange all specified items the client wants to include. At this stage we can also propose and install accessories as required.
Detail Design. 3D visualization
When the concept has been agreed, we then execute a high-quality 3D visualization of the interior. 3D visualizations include all the real materials, furniture and other elements of the interior previously selected by the client. We provide a good quality image quality to give the client a clear idea of the future interior.
Detail Design. Engineering
At this stage we create detailed engineering plans for the builders and then go on to draft the Specifications, which include all the information on the materials and elements in the interior design.
Dressing & Handover
When construction and decoration are finished, we coordinate the delivery and positioning of all furniture and furnishings. We often curate artwork and home accessories at this stage as well, in order to create the finished look. We can also design your new interior to include your existing treasures so each room has its own personal stamp.
